Current platform release

RETM v1.1.0

A coordinated communications release that brings the RETM phone system closer to real brokerage use: voice provisioning, browser softphone reliability, admin monitoring, and unified communications groundwork.

New and improved

  • Phone System now supports broker-controlled main-number provisioning for the PBX voice rollout.
  • Dashboard softphone traffic now uses standard secure web traffic on port 443, improving reliability on office and carrier networks that block nonstandard ports.
  • Asterisk/PBX health is visible in Admin Monitoring and Integration Health so support can see voice-system status faster.
  • Unified communications foundation is in place for notes, calls, and future messaging surfaces in dashboard and the agent app.
  • PBX deployment runbooks now separate code deploy, PBX host deploy, infrastructure gates, and the Telnyx number-purchase step.

Fixes and cleanup

  • Improved PBX status diagnostics for secure WebSocket, TLS certificate, and Asterisk endpoint checks.
  • Fixed media upload behavior for PBX wallpapers and logos when the storage bucket owns object ACLs.
  • Kept Telnyx number purchase as an explicit broker/Chris action instead of an automatic deploy side effect.
  • Documented remaining communications gates: 10DLC texting approval, mobile VoIP push credentials, and future voicemail/transcription work.

Platform baseline

RETM v1.0.0

The first coordinated RETM platform release: dashboard, API, client surfaces, legal pages, training, marketing, display, and broker workflows organized under one shared version.

New and improved

  • Broker dashboard cleanup and stability work across settings, marketing, search, broker tools, training, and support surfaces.
  • Client, transaction, listing, commission, and production-history workflows consolidated into the RETM operating system.
  • Marketing Studio improvements including Reel Studio groundwork, brand-driven assets, testimonials, presentations, print tools, and listing promotion surfaces.
  • Lobby display, Fire TV, Roku, QR, and screen-pairing work preserved for coordinated display deployments.
  • Round-robin lead routing fallback tools for broker-held leads, manual assignment, retry routing, and bulk assignment.
  • Canonical privacy and terms pages for app stores, carriers, Roku, Meta, SMS, calls, and future platform approvals.
  • In-dashboard user manuals and training role scopes for brokers, managers, agents, and office staff.

Fixes and cleanup

  • Resolved dashboard client-side crash paths reported in broker tools, settings, marketing, and search.
  • Cleaned stale backlog/docs status so completed work is not mistaken for unfinished work.
  • Aligned web deploy guidance with AWS Amplify instead of older hosting assumptions.
  • Kept SMS-capable work gated until sender/10DLC approval is explicitly configured.
