This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and professional license information when you register for or use our Services.
• Transaction data: property addresses, contract details, closing dates, commission information, and related real estate transaction documents you upload or create through the platform.
• Contact information: information about your clients that you enter into the platform, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
• Communications: messages you send through the platform, email communications, and support requests.
• Property preferences: saved searches, favorited listings, and filter preferences of clients using the portal.

We also collect certain information automatically, including:

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages to individuals who have not explicitly opted in. Co-operating agents and other parties to a transaction receive only transactional, informational messages related to the transaction they are party to.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (cloud storage, email delivery, push notification services, electronic signature providers).
• Real estate parties: Other parties to a transaction (agents, brokers, title companies) as necessary to complete the transaction.
• MLS providers: Stellar MLS and other Multiple Listing Services for IDX data integration purposes.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and comply with legal obligations. Real estate transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with applicable Florida real estate regulations and federal requirements, including RESPA recordkeeping obligations.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as GoHighLevel, Dropbox Sign, and real estate MLS systems). This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
